Uninstall BE 2012 and re-install Question

Because of my license files corrupted. I want to uninstall and reinstall the BE 2012. 

Can I use back all backuped files?

Can I export all backup job and then import it after re-install? If step by step re-setup all job, it is very painful.

Do I need to keep the database file? It has any useage?

Are you aware that BE 2012 has reached EOL?  You might want to take this opportunity to upgrade to BE 16 which is the latest version.  The upgrade is free if you are on a current maintenance contract.
