Update descriptions missing...again

Does anyone know why the URLs for Backup Exec 2010 update release notes that displayed in the live update utlitiy almost never point to information about the update?

For example:

http://entsupport.symantec.com/umi/V-373-00019 for Hotfix 141686 takes you the Symantec busisness support home page rather than to information about the update.no

 

 

Normally, its possible to search for the hotfix id and find the info, but sometimes like this one, its not.

Searching for "141686" with either no product selected or "Backup Exec" selected as the product reports no answers found. angry

I found it by going to another Tech Link and then editing the number within the URL.  I too could not find the web page via LiveUpdate or using Google.com but I did find your article.
