Updating Unix like agents

Hello. We are using BE 12.5 in a largely Windows environment, but have a handful of Sun boxes and now one Debian Linux box. Recently a Nessus scan revealed (to my embarrassment) that the non Windows boxes have gone unpatched... I have remedied this, but need some advice. Under Windows, when you update the media server, you can easily re-deploy all updated Remote Agents (I use a simple script which I’m happy to share). However, I am unsure if there are any simple ways to do this under Unix. Currently, I am not even sure how many patches have been released since November when we installed BE 12.5. I have installed HF 314380. Possibly there is a Symantec link that I have missed?
The other problem I am having is finding the hotfix mentioned above for Debian Linux. I assumed that the package ‘ralus2213HF314380-Linux.tar_314390.gz’ was appropriate, but unfortunately I get the following error:

./installraluspatch.sh: line 19: rpm: command not found
RALUS is not installed on this system...exiting

If you can help at all, I would be most grateful.
Regards,
Dan
