Updating veritas backup exec version 20.3 to 21.3

I'm having hard time on how to upgrade my veritas backup exec version 20.3 to 21.3. I am eligible for downloading the latest version which is 21.3, my problem is this is my first time of doing it. Can someone please assist me on how to upgrade my veritas backup exec. Thank you so much

You need a new set of licence keys for BE 21.3.  You need to logon to the licencing portal and generate a new set of keys.  After that, you can download BE from the Veritas website.  Don't worry about it being the trial version.  When you apply the BE 21.3 licence keys, it would become fully licenced.  You just need to install the software on your BE Server and it would automatically detect your existing installation and upgrade it.

Do check the SCL and HCL to make sure that BE 21.3 is compatible with your site.
