Upgrade BE 12.5 Rev2213 to latest service pack

Hi, I am new babe to BE 12.5.

Currently, we are using BE 12.5 Rev 2213 without any hotfix/Service pack.

At the moment, we want to upgrade to most current service pack. Is it SP4 the latest one?

Could I just upgrade BE 12.5 Rev 2213 directly to SP4? What things I need to care about during the upgrade?

Yes. And some other hot fixes are also available after SP4. For installaing those SP4 must be installed first.

Make sure you update all the remote agents and DLO agents after completing the hotfix/service pack installation.

Sp4 is the lastest service pack there are some hotfixes released after that as well.  If you want ,you can upgrade diretly to sp4 You can simply run the live update and get all the required hotfix and ptaches installed.
