Upgrade to 11d, what remote agents needed?

We are currently running BEWS 10.0 on a Windows 2000 Server.  It is backing up ~40 remote machines (all Windows XP).  We are purchasing a new server and planning to upgrade to 11d at that time in order to back up 3 new Vista machines.

So, what agents are required to backup 40 XP workstations and 3 Vista workstations?  Are licenses required for all 43 machines?  The 11d Administrator's Guide says:

"At the media server (Backup Exec server), you must enter Remote Agent license keys for
each remote Windows computer that you want to protect.",

but it goes on to say "You must install the Remote Agent on Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000 Professional computers in order to protect them; however, a Remote Agent license key is not required for these installations."

So how many licenses do I need and for which agents? RAWS?  AOFO? Desktop & Laptop?
Thanks!

The windows XP workstation do not require a remote agent license .  However, for the new Vista workstation you will need a remote agent license .  If you plan on using the Advance Open File Option you will need a license for it .
