I recently upgraded from Backup Exec 2010 R3 to 2012. In Backup Exec 2010 I had 1 Backup which did backups for about 10 servers. At the end of the job I received 1 alert stating that the job was completed. Now apparently after the upgrade it no longer treats it as 1 backup for 10 servers, but as 1 backup job for each server. Which means I am now receiving 10 alerts as each server backup completes. Is there a way to go back to having a grouped backup and not a bunch of individual backups?
This has really confused me as I now see 10 different backups instead of the 1 I had.
Thanks.

.......and till that time, if you want the job successfull alerts not to be generated, disable them. From Backup Exec button --> Coonfiguration and setings --> Alerts and Notifications --> ALert Categories
Select Job Success and uncheck enable this alert.
