Upgrading from 9.1 to 10d

HI there,

I have received licence keys for Backup Exec 10d. I would like to upgrade my client from 9.1 to 10d.

Is it just a matter of downloading the evaluation copy and then licencing it? Or more involved than that?

Also, does anyone know of any decent documentation that could assist with this upgrade? I can't find any.

Yes, it is just downloadding the file and installing it and putting in the license keys.
And you will have to upgrade your agents (why is there no automatic upgrade?)
Gut be aware of the issues mentioned here about the 10d version, not all people are happy with it.
