In BE2010, the log in cancelled job will show the account who open the backup exec management console, but in BE15, all cancelled job only shows cancelled by the functional ID we used to setup job and connect the backup agent. Would you please advise how to change it?

Have you looked @ the Audit Logs ? (Via BE button - Configuration & Settings - Audit Logs). You may need to configure logging first and then check the audit logs for cancelled jobs section.
EDIT
Check against all three locations, i.e. the alert, the cancelled job log and the audit log. Does it mention the incorrect username at all three places ? If yes, would recommend to log a formal support case and reference - https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH228841.html

...if you have a single account for BE itself and any domain admin can connect to the media server, you'd have to check the logs to see who logged on there and then tie it into the job cancellation time.
