V-79-57344-38721 - Failed to mount one or more virtual disk images

Hello,

Im using Backup Exec 2014 on my Server 2012R2 server.

Im running 2 backup jobs.

1 Hyper V host with GRT (1x VM HOST = 2012R2 OS)
This one works well without errors and I am able to restore.

1 Hyper V host with GRT (3x VM HOST = 2012R2 OS)
This one backups but gives the following error on the 3 VMS:

V-79-57344-38721 - Failed to mount one or more virtual disk images:
I am unable to restore.

The software is updated to the last version.

Any thoughts how I can fix this?

If you are restoring from tape, duplicate the backup set to disk and try again

Check the SCL and make sure that all the disks are supported

The backup fails already on making the backup.

On the other job this solution works even with restoring.

I want to get rid of the errors so the GRT works on the 2nd job aswell ;)
