V-79-57344-65033 - Directory not found. Cannot backup directory \Vol1\Users\XXXXXXXX and its subdirectories.

Get the above error from time to time on some of my systems, not related to exchange files.  I check the selection list and the folder is no longer listed and it does not appear in explorer on the server.  The next day the error does not occur.

My question is "when does Backup Exec build its list of files to backup?"

The odd thing is in this case, I have duplicate servers, one is an image of the other and they are sync'd and the error only occurred on one of the systems.

Running Backup Exec 10d sp4 on w2k3 sp2.

Hello,

Open the SelectionList-->Go to the text view and delete the folders which does not exist.

Backup Exec will built the selections reading THIS text view. You wont be able to select multiple folders for deletion.
