V-79-57344-65033 - Directory not found. Cannot backup directory

Hi

I have recently installed a new server running SBS2003 and backupexec 10d. After importing all users old emails into exchange from their old PST files all is fines except when i backup the server i get the following message -

V-79-57344-65033 Directory not found. Cannot backup directory User Top of Information Store

The error message occurs once per folder that this user has and this user has no unusual permissions, has not been deleted and has no name discrepencies on their account

I have tried all of the suggested for error - V-79-57344-65033

Does anyone have any other sugguestions?

Please verify if the selection sin the backup job are all present on the disk. Also create a new job and run it for verification.
