V-79-57344-896 The database was not found in the Database Availability Group (DAG)

I have been having trouble making backups of a relocated Exchange 2010 SP1 mailbox database. Other databases on the same server backup fine using the same job policy. I have recreated the selection list and jobs but the same error returns.

I'm not using a DAG and my selection list path is Exchange Server -> Microsoft Information Store -> DB05.

I have checked the credentials used to connect to the agent and the credentials used to run the agent. Both check out fine.

I have set the High Availability Server to back up from the active copy only.

I have updated BE2010 and the Agent on the Exchange 2010 SP1 server.

I have rebooted both the Exchange and the Backup exec server.

Please assist in resolving this issue ASAP. I will provide any additional info if needed.
