I've encoutered this kind of issue

Final error: 0xe00084f4 - An unknown error has occurred.
Final error category: System Errors

Operating System: Linux

This is VM Backup Zimbra Mail Server Application.

I am using QNAP NAS Storage. Is this device is supported?

Since you don't mention your version of Backup Exec, you'd need to go online and find your version's Hardware Compatibility list and check that the NAS is supported.
