VM - Granular Recovery

Hi,

I have just purcahesd a 3600 Appliance. I am new to Backup Exec 2012 and am having some issues.

I have added Vcenter in to list of servers. I have installed RAWS on a VM i am testing. I want to backup the Vmdk, but also have the option to restore individual files. When I create the backup job, "use backup exec granular recovery" is checked.

But whe I go to restore , I only get the "VMware data - restorevirtual machines and virtual disks"

Should I get the "files, folders and volumes" option?

Really frustrating but hoping it is something simple?

When you first hightlight a server to then click the restore buttonn, don't click the name of the VCenter server, click on the name of the Virtual Machine itself then start the restore wizard, you should then see the  file system selections within the VM.
