VM Hyper-v incremental backup - always select Full metod

If you select multiple VM in a job , Hyper-v incremental backup - always select Full metod for all VM 

error job:

V-79-40960-38525 - A change to the selected processing method for Hyper-V incremental backups was detected during the backup of virtual machine 'co-devsrv3'. This virtual machine was backed up using a full backup because the 'Use the full backup method for virtual machines that do not support incremental or differential backups' option was enabled for this job.
Backup Exec server is running Backup Exec version 20.0.1188.2496.

Has anyone faced such a problem ?

In the hyper-v host log

VirtualServer::FS_FshVrtSrv::BackupPrep: This backup job is going to use Resilient Change Tracking (RCT)
[20676] 2019-10-09T01:45:12.873 [fsys\vrtsrv] - Previous backup for this VM was taken using either standarad or faster method.However RCT backup has been requested for this backup.
[20676] 2019-10-09T01:45:12.873 [fsys\vrtsrv] - This VM has been promoted to a FULL.

if Hyper V server is windows 2016 , the backup should use RCT. Can you ensure the VMs are updated to the latest version to support RCT
