The problem has been solved by adjusting the windows time on bothe the backup exec machine and on and the domain controller.

1) Check the SCL to ensure that your version of ESX is supported by your version of BE.
2) Try installing the BE remote agent again in the problem VM's.

Good, Thank. It same problem and fix by adjust the windows time of Vmware and Backup Server.
