VMware ESX 4.0 update 3 support

does anybody knows if Backup Exec 2012 supports backups for the VMware ESX 4.0 update 3?

i have read the compatibility list and i only see update 2 and from there jumps to 4.1. what happen to update 3?

I guess it should work, as update 3 is a minor update from Vmware, but i'm afraid i won't get support from symantec as is not listed as supported

or it could be possible that the compatibility list is not updated to show support for update 3?

I would think that there would be an issue.. I did not find any documentation but in speaking to our backline i was told that you should not have any issue with installing update 3 or its supportability.

Thanks, I've been confirmed that ESX 4.0 update 3 is supported and that the compatibility list will be updated
