VMware backup failing with Backup Exec 2012

Hi,

Anyone help on this issue.

We configured around 10 Linux virtual machines as snapshot backup with media server Backup Exec 2012, only 1 Linux Virtual machine getting failing with below error.

Error message :

Backing seguridadV-79-57344-38260 - Unable to create a virtual mßquina instantßnea of. The virtual mßquina may be too busy and can not stop to take the instantßnea.

What is the variant of the Linux used in this problem VM?  Check the SCL to make sure that it is supported.

And do check, if there are any old snapshots left over for that VM or not.

Hi pkh,

Previously VMware backup jobs are running fine, before few weeks back, its started to fail for only one Virtula machine.

So, I hope, there is no issue with compatibility list.

I think issue with snapshot with for particular server, let me check the snapshot status, if possible I will create all snapshot and create new snapshot for this particular virtual machine.
