VSS Writer failed in exchange 2010 while taking backup using symantic

No errors found  in Excahnge VSS writter Writer ID: {76FE1AC4-15F7-4BCD-987E-8E1ACB462FB7},

Server Windows 2008 R2 ,Exchange 2010Sp1

Server Windows 2008 R2 Backup exec 2010 R2

ie, We have rebooted the server to get it workand then the backup job runs

Any Patch for this.... issuee
