HI, When we run the backup job in Windows server, getting the following error. it includes Oracle 10g database, an error occurred, when database getting backup. but when we include c or D partition with database then backup running with no issue. we give separate log account to the database and test all connections. please see the attached error

First please have a look at this technote:

Secondly it looks like that you added the server with the IP address.
Can you add the server via FQDN and retest.
