Veritas Update not running on Windows 2003 installation

I have Veritas BE 9.1 V4691 running on my first Windows Server 2003 machine. The Veritas Update doesn't run - it is giving me the message: The VERITAS Update Client was not found on your machine. Unable to process the update request.

I have tried the recommendations in technote 257135 to no avail. Anyone have solutions?

1. Try to perform Repair of Backup Exec. Refer following technote.

http://support.veritas.com/docs/253199

2. Once the Repair is done reboot the server.

I found what my problem was. I had Mozilla as my default browser on that server. When it ran the 'List Updates' from the at server - it didn't like Mozilla. I changed my default browser back to IE and it worked fine. Sure hope it will be more accepting of Mozilla in the future as this is the direction we are all moving here.

Thanks for taking the time to look into this for me.
