Veritas Update

After installing Veritas Backup Exec 10 on a brand new server, I noticed that I do not have the 'Veritas Update' option on the start menu. When I go to Tools, Veritas Update (from within BE10) I receive an error and IE tries to go to http://shanker.nsmg.veritas.com:8840/ which is not a valid hostname in DNS. I downloaded this on the first day of availability, is it possible that I have a development version or something like that? "shanker" doesn't seem like a host that Veritas would use in their production environment.

We suggest you to re-install the Veritas update.

After doing this Veritas update tells me that I have no products installed.
