Verwaltung von Tapes

Hallo Zusammen,

ich suche eine Lösung für folgendes Problem:

Mir werden Bänder bis zu 3x angezeigt, obwohl es physisch nur einmal da sein kann.

Es muss etwas mit dem Mediensatz und dem Medienstandort zu tun haben. Beim Aufbau hatte ich einen Mediensatz angelegt (TUE_Bandroboter (online), der sich leider nicht mehr löschen lässt.

Wie kann man einen Mediensatz löschen? Mir reicht die Unterteilung in  On- und Offline-Medien. Die Bänder lassen sich nicht in Online-Medien verschieben.

Im Screenshot kann man sehen, dass gewisse Tapes gar keine Speicherkapazität haben. Wer kann mir helfen dieses Durcheinander aufzulösen?

To delete a media set refer the following infromation

1) Move any media contained in the media set to another media set.

2) Modify any jobs using the media set to use another media set.

3) Delete the media set

If you want to overwrite the media belonging to that particular media set you may move the media to the sctrach media set and then next time the backup job needs a overwritable tape it would pick up from the scratch media set.

The media which are in in library automatically show up in online media and if the media is not in the library or backup to disk folder than it show up in Offline media set >

If you want to delete a media which does not exisit anymore, you need to move the media to retired media and then delete it .
