Hi everybody,

i´ve got a problem. After installing Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 SP4 my Backups fail.

Errormessage i get is the following:

Sichern- C:V-79-57344-65033 - Verzeichnis nicht gefunden. Kann weder Verzeichnis \ClusterStorage\Volume1\System Volume Information noch die dazugehörigen Unterverzeichnisse sichern.

V-79-57344-65033 - Verzeichnis nicht gefunden. Kann weder Verzeichnis \ClusterStorage\Volume2\System Volume Information noch die dazugehörigen Unterverzeichnisse sichern.

Is a Backup of these folders recommended?

We recommend you backup System State and all the drives. The System Volume Information folder is not needed for a restore as Windows recreates the same as you restore.

If you still want to back it up, you can review your selection list and remove the files/folders which does not exist any more.

Recreating the backup should help as well.

You can check http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH78384 for this error.
