What Happened To The Capability Of Setting a Schedule For Alert Recipients?

In Backup Exec 2010, you could set a schedule (days and times) when a given alert recipient would be sent alerts.  I used it so that alerts, particularly tape-related ones, would only go to my cell phone during the day when I could do something about them. This seems to be missing from Backup Exec 16 (we ignored BE 12 and BE 14). We can't be the only BE users for whom all staff members are not available at all hours of every day to receive alerts, particularly ones sent to cell phones.

Is there some other way to accomplish the same thing in BE 16?
