Dear all ,
We are using symantec exec 12.5 for backup jobs.
When I try to restore backfile, I find that there are some backup file named (snapshot full) ,others are full.
What's the different between Snapshot full and full ?
do you have any documents ??
Thanks and Best wishes

Snapshot full means the backup was taken using AOFO (with snapshot), whereas full means backup without AOFO (snapshot)

The backup which you perform using the AVVI or hyper-V agent will show "Snapshot full" irrespective if you select AOFO or not .The backup is a snapshot backup. When backing up using AWS you will see "Full" when backup is taken with AOFO not enabled.
