When I try to catalog my media, it hangs on 'Queued'

Any idea what's going on with this? I've searched the forums and haven't found the solution. No error message is cropping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For what it's worth, I ran SGMon.exe, and here's where it seems to hang ...

Job::Mount: acquired device
Job::Mount: mounting tape
DeviceManager: incoming event fired
DeviceManager: stalling

Hope that helps get to the root of what's going on, because I'm baffled. Thanks.

I have seen this before as well and my solution was to delete any locked jobs on my B2D folders. If a job doesn't complete properly is will leave a .loc file behind on the B2D folder. That will cause your jobs to stay queued up. Just delete the .loc file (as long as you don't actually have a job that is running).
