We have a tape library at a remote office with a new batch of tapes with bar code labels. Some of the tapes are registering as incompatible media even though they are using the same brand of labels as others that are being recognized successfully. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

It's a Dell TL2000 and I can see all of the labels in the web interface as well as in Backup Exec. Backup Exec is seeing the name of the labels, as shown in the list above, but it says they are unrecognized media.
