Windows 2012 domain and servers and exchange 2010

we have a client that is upgarding to windows 2012 servers and exchange 2010 i need to backup all systems how can i do this with symantec or do i have in invest in CA backup

Backup Exec 2010 R3 sp3 protects Exchange 2010 and Windows Server 2012

Note:  the Media server cannot be installed on Windows Server 2012

Both B.E. 2010 and 2012 would be able to backup both... Note the Neither is supported to reside on server 2012 (Media server)as of yet
