Hello,
Just a quick question about Backup Exec 2015. Is the Backup Exec 2010 R2 software upgradeable to the Backup Exec 2015.. I viewed the Software Compatibility guide but couldn't figure it out. If someone could let me know if this will work that would be awesome. If it is compatible is there any configurations that need to be done before the upgrade.
Thanks in advance.
Eric

Make sure your existing hardware and software is compatiable with BE15.
Before upgrading stop all the BE services and make a copy of Data and Catalogs folder located
in the installation directory of Backup Exec.Once the upgrade is done run live update multiple times
to install all the latest hotfixes. Once the BE media server is fully patched update the remote agents
too. Also make sure you have BE15 license keys handy during the upgrade.

BE 2015 can be installed as upgrade of BE2010.
Check: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO98878.html
make sure your OS (SBS) is supported with BE2015 before running the upgrade.
