Wizard was interupted message

When attempting to install SP1 or any hotfix, I receive the 'Wizard was interrupted....' message and the install fails. I've searched the knowledge base but found nothing specific to this problem. Has anyone seen this and know a work-around or fix? Thanks. Bill...

I wanted to add that the environment is Windows 2003 server with all current updates. Also, there is nothing in the bkupinst.log whatsoever relating to the install failure.

Follow these steps:
1) Repair Backupexec installation:
Repairing VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.x for Windows Servers

2) After repair is done. Install the SP1 .

I ran into this problem with 9.1 and had to install hotfix 19 to get anything to install, but it worked.

The installation repair option also works for version 10
