Hallo,

I have a problem on Backup Exce 2012, running on a Dell R720 with a RD1000 drive, (OS is Windows server 2008 R2).

Where can I automatically acknowledge the handling request for eject medium?

After the job has finished I have to log on to the server, and click "ok" for ejecting the media, otherwise the job remains active.

On previous versions I could configure this, but on 2012 I do not find the function.

I appreciate your help!

Michael

Hallo AmmolZeroCool,

thanks for the article.

I have configured as mentioned in TECH160277, but like several others I could not change directly.

Unfortunatelly I cannot reboot the server right now, so I will try later during offhours.

Thx,

Michael
