Hi, That's way too broad to start helping you troubleshoot. What make of drive is this? Drive as in HDD; or drive as in tape drive? If tape drive, what make? HPE, for instance, have Library & Tape Tools that you would run against the drive (after stopping the BE services) to see if it is a hardware fault. Furthermore BE itself has logs, which you should check and see any errors before posting here. Thanks!
