backup exec 2010 R2 - error E00084B8 backup lotus domino database

Hallo,

after upgrade version, from 2010 to 2010 R2, and update all agent on my servers, an error occur when backup domino DB: E00084b8.

The entire backup process end with "job failed".

What do you think ?

Exclusing the NSf file would help the job to complete successfully .. make sure there is not database maintainace running durin the time of backup , as it might conflict with the bakup job .

this thig is strange, because this issue begin after R2 update.

In fact, logs says "as_admin.nsf" is in use and it will skip.

However, on domino server is installed symantec domino agent and issue is related only to that file ".nsf".

- Open the job log for domino backup that failed.

- click on expand all button on top right hand side.

- somewhere in the middle of Job details. you should find the complete and more error.

- could you paste that error on this post.
