backup exec 2012

dear, good afternoon have a problem with backup exec 2012 I reported this problem with 2 tapes that are associated with a media set whose infinite aggregation of data, the message is reporting me, NOT appendable (END MARKER unreadable) and the TS3100 library I get a warning message BAD TAPE.

Hi,

There should be statistics on those 2 tapes you can check out within BE.

If there are hard write errors on the tape, throw them away...they're corrupt.

You can also try erasing them with either BE or the IBM tape tools and then run a write test to see if you're still getting hard write errors.
