would like to know how to do the upgrade to backup exec 2012 backup exec 2014 if there is any procedure to perform the upgrade.

...then your upgrade procedure is as follows:
1. Stop the BE services and grab copies of the Data and Catalogs folders within the BE installation directory. This allows you a rollback point if necessary.
2. Load the DVD/ISO and perform the upgrade. Just follow the wizard, enter the serials when required, and there you go.
Make sure to read the release notes as BE 2014 brings back a number of features left out of BE 2012.

but if the upgrade backup exec backup exec 2012 to 2014 is on the same server that is to be taken into account to satisfactorily perform the upgrade.

Note that BE 2014 requires a new set of licence keys. Your existing BE 2012 licence keys would not work with BE 2014. If you are on a current maintenance contract then the upgrade is free. Contact the Symantec Licencing department or logon to my.symantec.com to get a new set of licence keys for BE 2014 if you are eligible for free upgrade.
