backup exec 2014 issue with exchange 2010

i am facing strange issue that from exchange 2010 dag i am able to view 3 exchange databases for backup selection one of the database is not at all showing. Does any one came through the same issues. please share your thoughts.

...are you using Advanced Open File Option in the job? If so, turn it off and try again.
