Remove the plug-in and reinstall it.

Make sure that when you log into vCenter that you are logging into the same hostname that you added to Backup Exec for the vCenter.

So if you added your vCenter to Backup Exec by FQDN (servername.domain.com) then make sure you are logging into vCenter using the same.
