backup jobs are queued

I had to replace my rev drive and format my 5 disks. Now when the backup job runs at its scheduled time it ends queued. I have to go into the online folder of the media and drag the contents into the offline folder to start the job.

Actually I am having the same problem. After replacing the tape drive, it starts loading the media but then goes into quesued state, tries loading the media again (and you can see the drive picks it up) and then queues again. How do you fix this?

1) Which rev drive are you using?

2) Have you configured Backup to Disk on Media server?

3) Do you get any alerts when the job goes in Queued Status?

4) Which MDAC Version are you using?
