Hello everyone,
Lately we had a crash in our Servers (Exchange Server Specifically), and we tried to restore the mailbox databases using Veritas Backup Exec 20.3, but the restore failed with the below error:
V-79-57344-57442 - Restore failed when processing blocked items. An integrity check failed on the encryption key used to protect the internal list of blocked files. Contact technical support to reset the encryption key and the internal list of blocked items.
Anybody faced this issue before?
Thank You
