Backup Of Exchange 2013

We are using BE 15 to backup our Windows and Linux servers (virtual and physical). 2 of the virtual servers are exchange 2013 with 1 DAG. In the past we have just backed up the DAG and not the servers. I am wondering how we should be backing this up....
