can't get ADBO option working with equallogic ps4000

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the ADBO option with an equallogic ps4000x. I've followed the instructions here...

However when running a test backup I get the below errors in the log...
Backup- exchange2V-79-57344-34086 - ADBO: Offhost backup initialization failure on: "\\exchange2\C:".
Snapshot provider error (0xE0008526): Backup Exec could not locate a Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Services (VSS) software or hardware snapshot provider for this job. Select a valid VSS snapshot provider for the target computer.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.

Had a lot of grief with this myself and spent weeks with open cases with Dell EqualLogic and Symantec that were escalated all the way to the top with no solution. In the end I found it myself - make sure both the media server and the server to be backed up are at the same patch level for this update:
