can't install backup exec 12.5 64 Bits it say's Odbc update to 3.52 restart the server so i can't install the software, please help i just need to change the software from one server to another one

BE 12.5 doesn't support being installed on Windows Server 2016 (which you have tagged). if this is the case you need to install a supported version of BE, of which BE 16 is the latest.

However, to transfer BE from 1 server to the other you're going to be doing a multi-step upgrade:

BE 12.5 --> BE 2010 R3 --> BE 14 --> BE 16

The BE 16 SCL will show you from which previous versions of BE you can upgrade directly from.
