cannot open Backup Exec 2012 console

I installed Backup exec 2012 in workgroup environment before for a while. One day I click Backup Exec 2012 icon on local Backup Exec server  but I cannot open Backup Exec 2012 console.

The windows "Connected to Backup Exec server" is displayed.  The connection showed running. I checked all Backup Exec services are running in Control Panel. SQL Services (Local SQL Server Express) are running.

It prompt me to enter Server name and credential. Even if I enter correct credential, I still cannot login.

 

Then I try to re-install Backup Exec 2012, I cannot login BE 2012 console. The same error was found.

 

The following errors are found from event viewer.

1)Backup Exec Management Service startup in EXCEPTION mode.

 

2)An exception occured starting Backup Exec Management Service:
 
System.ApplicationException: Failed to connect to the database.
   at BackupExec.Management.Components.DataAccess.DataAccessManager.Init(String configFile)
   at BackupExec.Management.Components.Common.ComponentBroker.Init()
   at BackupExec.Management.Server.ServerCommon.Start()

Would request you to open a case with Symantec as this issue is been still investigated

the Application event log also contains an Event ID 0 message: "BackupExec Management Service startup in EXCEPTION mode"
