Can Anyone answer these 2 questions

1. Can I use Backup Exec 15 to back up to a regular disk that I have in my environment and then move it to the cloud(AWS) using cloud connector S3 ?

2. Can the same scenario apply if i want to move the data from local disk to Microsoft Azure?
