delete volume snapshot using BE post command

is it possible to delete volume snapshot using backup exec post command? We want to automatically delete the snapshot once the backup to tape already completed. Is Backup exec support this process? Need your expertise on this. Thanks.

BE creates new snapshots during backup job operation, any snapshots BE creates are removed at the end of the job

With rehards snapshost ceraed outside of BE, for most environments we usually recommend you disable any automated volume level snapshots that are setup in the OS itself as their presence can affacte th performance of BE (and other disk intensive application processes)

So I guess the question here is are you talking about snapshots created by BE or Snapshots created by other processes?
