actually my problem was the backup was skipping some ORACLE archive log files and it is say

(backed up already) !!

i solve the problem by removing the tek mark from the ooption:

Do not backup up archived log files that have already backed up

this option is under:

Settings ==> ORACLE

Hi Yasin,

Read the TN below for an explation:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO11804

I normally leave mine as the default selection which is Using Archive Bit.

Thanks!
