e0008445 - The media operation was terminated by the user.

We recently upgraded Backup Exec 10 to 10d 5629 with Hotfix 48 and SP3, on one of the servers the daily job keeps failing and not backing up all folders that have been selected even after recreating the job. The job history has the folling error "e0008445 - The media operation was terminated by the user" but the job log has the following error;

Backup- E: data
Storage device "HP 1" reported an error on a request to write data to media.
Error reported:
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
V-79-57344-34036 - An unknown error has occurred.

I have tried installing the latest tape device drivers from the link in the job history but this has not resolved the issue. I have created an additional backup job to backup the missed folders to a backup-to-disk folder and this works fine.

Please can somebody let me know how i can resolve this issue.
