e0009418 - Access to a device was not authorized with this edition of Backup Exec

MRose
Not applicable
I'm getting the error 'e0009418...' as listed in the subject.  It is a clean, new install of Backup Exec 11d for Windows Servers with Continuous Protection Server on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard.  I'm backing up some local files, as well as files on a remote Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard box, and a remote Windows Server 2000 box.  The local and remote Win2K3 work fine, but the Windows 2000 gives the above error.

The major fix for this seems to be de-selecting an SQL database for backup, after using the Eval version.  I've never used the Eval version, and I've verified my job doesn't include any SQL database.  I've recreated the job, just to be sure.

I've verified the Remote Agent is installed fine on the Windows 2000 box, I installed it remotely from the main server.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled locally, just to be sure, but still the same error.

Anything I am missing here?
